This is a hands-on, detail-focused role, managing the full wholesale lifecycle from sales orders through to delivery across global markets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• : Own the operational process from Sales Orders to Purchase Orders through to global Delive
• ryManage seasonal wholesale orders, prices (FOB and sell-in), and critical margin shee
• tsInput and maintain all product and order data in the ERP syst
• emRaise and issue purchase orders and sample orders to supplie
• rsIssue clear packing and shipping instructions for global dispat
• chLiaise with suppliers, factories, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delive
• ryCollaborate with internal teams on product updates, order tracking, and status reporti
• ngSupport pricing discussions with accurate cost breakdowns and analysi

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPEREIN

• CE:5+ years’ experience in wholesale operations, ideally in fashion or activew
