Reebok Europe is looking for an Online Marketplace Planner & Buyer to help drive the growth, profitability and performance of our marketplace business across Europe. This role sits at the heart of our digital strategy, owning assortment planning, inventory management, forecasting and commercial performance across some of Europe's leading online fashion and sports platforms including Zalando, About You, ASOS and other key marketplace partners.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, making commercial decisions and influencing business performance. The team is growing, the function is evolving and there is genuine opportunity to shape how we operate going forward.
What You'll Be Doing
- Buying & Assortment Planning
- Build and manage channel-specific assortments
- Define seasonal investments by category
- Support buying decisions across marketplace and concession channels
- Ensure the right products are available in the right channels at the right time
- Planning & Inventory Management
- Own replenishment and inventory optimisation
- Monitor sell-through performance and stock coverage
- Manage forecasting and demand planning
- Drive stock balancing and inventory efficiency
- Support markdown and stock reallocation decisions
- Marketplace Performance
- Analyse weekly trading performance
- Track key KPIs including:
- Sell-through
- Stock cover
- OTB
- Availability
- Revenue performance
- Identify risks and opportunities early and recommend actions
- Catalogue & Product Data
- Manage seasonal catalogue creation
- Maintain product master data across channels
- Ensure accuracy of product feeds and marketplace content
- Support marketplace partners with product, stock and delivery information
