Our client, a group company with a portfolio of reputable global brands, is looking for a highly capable Amazon Account Specialist to take ownership of their Amazon Vendor Central operations and drive performance across catalogue, content, and commercial metrics. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and maintain the full Amazon product catalogue within Vendor Central, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and correct categorisation.
  • Optimise product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, imagery) to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Monitor account performance including sales, stock levels, availability, and overall account health.
  • Identify issues or blockers and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve them efficiently.
  • Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure smooth order flow and resolve operational challenges.
  • Own the development and optimisation of the Amazon Brand Store, including seasonal updates and brand consistency.
  • Partner with advertising agencies to plan, execute, and analyse campaign performance.
  • Produce weekly reports with clear insights and recommendations to drive growth and efficiency.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • 2–3+ years’ experience managing Amazon accounts, ideally within a Vendor Central (1P) environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience optimising listings and managing catalogue performance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
