Our client, a well-established British fashion brand known for its playful, confident approach to style, is launching a new stylish, affordable-luxury activewear collection — combining elevated design with everyday functionality.
They are now seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to take the collection to market across the UK and Europe.
This is a hands-on, outward-facing role for someone who loves being on the road, building relationships, and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Build and lead the go-to-market strategy across the UK and Europe, targeting fashion, activewear, and department store accounts.
- New Business Development: Actively seek out and secure new stockists. Confidently pitch to buyers and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Account Management: Grow and manage existing relationships with a focus on service, sell-through, and collaboration.
- Territory Expansion: Identify and onboard agents, distributors, or regional partners to support growth in European markets.
- Product & Market Feedback: Share insight from the field to help refine seasonal ranges and identify opportunities for tailored collections.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience in wholesale sales, ideally within activewear, sportswear, or fashion.
- A natural relationship builder — confident, proactive, and commercially focused.
- UK wholesale experience is essential; European exposure is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working independently, travelling regularly, and operating at pace.
- Passionate about fitness, fashion, or both, and understands what drives sell-through at retail.
