Key Roles and Responsibilities: Support the Product Manager in developing and producing collections. Maintain sampling and production trackers/line lists. Ensure brand compliance documentation is complete and uploaded accurately. Coordinate with factories to track prototypes, SMS, PP, TOP samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and fabric submissions. Prepare shipping reports and communicate production updates with factories, ensuring teams are informed of any issues. Measure samples, prepare them for fittings, and participate in fit sessions. Update workbooks and communicate feedback to suppliers. Review and approve lab dips and strike-offs, providing comments to suppliers throughout the development and production process. Monitor and adhere to critical path deadlines, ensuring all targets are met. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams through cross-functional meetings.
