Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and support negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements (distribution, supply, agency, sourcing, consultancy, and service contracts).
- Support the Head of Legal with day-to-day operations and strategic legal matters.
- Advise the Group CEO and senior management on general commercial and business-related legal issues.
- Assist in creating and maintaining company policies, ensuring compliance with current legal frameworks.
- Manage legal records, contract libraries, and internal databases.
- Draft and update employment documents; support disciplinary, redundancy, and other HR-related processes.
- Provide legal input on commercial risk and business terms.
- Participate in internal team meetings, including legal coordination across group companies.
Key skills and experience required:
- 2β3 years PQE or completion of paralegal training. Prior in-house experience is a plus.
- Strong drafting and communication skills. Able to balance legal precision with commercial pragmatism.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
- Keen to learn, adapt, and build broader commercial awareness quickly
What do you get:
- Salary: Up to Β£40,000 p/a
