Job Description
Our client, a leading apparel and fashion business, is migrating to STYLEman ERP and urgently requires an experienced ERP & Integration Consultant to help manage the day-to-day technical and operational challenges during this transition.
This role is hands-on and varied, supporting data and system integrations across the business. Beyond EDI, the client is also facing challenges in areas like order management, stock accuracy, reporting, and warehouse processes. The consultant will act as a key problem solver—troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and ensuring business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration and go-live of STYLEman ERP, resolving daily operational and technical issues.
- Manage and monitor EDI transmissions, but also support broader integration flows across warehouse, logistics, finance, ecommerce, and retail partner systems.
- Troubleshoot order processing failures, inventory mismatches, and pricing discrepancies across systems.
- Work with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure inbound and outbound processes integrate correctly with STYLEman.
- Assist with master data cleansing and alignment (products, customers, suppliers).
- Help reconcile financial data flows between STYLEman and external finance systems.
- Support business teams in creating and refining operational and management reports.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams (operations, customer service, finance, IT) and external technology partners.
- Lead testing and validation of data flows between STYLEman and other systems.
- Document key processes and provide informal user support/training to ensure teams understand new ways of working.
- Recommend and help implement process and system improvements where needed.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with STYLEman ERP – highly favourable.
- Experience managing ERP migrations or upgrades, ideally in fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, including but not limited to EDI, warehouse management, finance, and ecommerce platforms.
- Solid knowledge of retail/wholesale business processes: order management, fulfilment, stock control, pricing, and invoicing.
- Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving business-critical system and data issues.
- Strong communication skills—comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of problems.
Compensation: Excellent rate.
Location: London (office based)
Potential to go permanent.
