You’ll work cross-functionally with eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Design teams to bring our seasonal plans to life through the CRM channel — and build journeys that speak directly to the next generation.
- Planning & Forecasting
- Build annual CRM growth plans tied to database acquisition and revenue goals
- Forecast monthly performance based on trade plans and CRM performance insights
- Analyse database health, channel effectiveness, and customer behaviours
- Manage the CRM campaign calendar and align it with product drops, brand moments, and cultural opportunities
- Work with internal teams to gather campaign inputs (product, merch, site data)
- Build personalised journeys across email, SMS, and push — using automation and segmentation tools in Microsoft Dynamics
- Create touchpoints that reflect what our audience cares about — from their training routines to their streetwear picks
- Develop high-impact CRM campaigns across channels
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create dynamic, on-brand communications
