We are partnering with a long-standing client of over 22 years, with whom we have successfully delivered hundreds of placements and supported their continued expansion and success. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, stable, and cash-rich, family-owned business that continues to go from strength to strength across international markets. This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting key commercial channels including Direct-to-Consumer, E-commerce, and Wholesale. You will act as a true business partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
The Role
You will take ownership of financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial insight across multiple revenue streams. This is a highly visible role with strong exposure to leadership teams across trading, digital, operations, and supply chain.
- Full P&L ownership across DTC, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Providing commercial insight on trading performance, pricing, and promotions
- Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis
- Managing cashflow, working capital, and stock performance
- Partnering with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-led environment. You will ideally have:
- Strong experience in business partnering or commercial finance
- Background in Retail, Consumer Goods, E-commerce, or Wholesale environments
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- A proactive, analytical, and commercially driven mindset
