We are looking for an experienced Product & Sourcing specialist with genuine underwear / innerwear category expertise to help build and develop a growing multi-brand category. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, multi-brand fashion business with genuine scope to help shape the category and support its future growth. Develop and manage commercial underwear / innerwear ranges from concept through to production. Work closely with Design and Commercial teams to translate concepts into commercially viable products. Select and develop appropriate fabrics, trims, elastics, components and packaging. Ensure products achieve required quality, margin and retail price objectives. Manage sampling, product development and production approval. Resolve technical, quality, costing and manufacturing issues. Range building and range architecture Men's and/or women's underwear Fabrics and fabric performance Quality and manufacturing problem-solving However, genuine lingerie specialists are relatively rare, so candidates with substantial commercial underwear / innerwear expertise should also be highly relevant. Factory & Commercial Capability Troubleshooting development and manufacturing problems. Taking commercial responsibility for getting the product from concept into production. You have personally helped build and deliver commercial underwear / innerwear ranges and understand how to source and manufacture them. We are particularly interested in people who can demonstrate real ownership of product development, sourcing, factories and costing, rather than simply having worked alongside those functions. Help build a strategically important and growing product category. Work within a multi-brand fashion environment. Help establish the product, sourcing and manufacturing foundations required for future growth.
