An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's most recognisable lifestyle brands. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercial growth of the Juicy Couture business across the UK and European markets. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for driving sales performance, developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts and helping shape the future direction of an internationally recognised brand.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will work closely with Design, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure commercial objectives are delivered whilst maintaining brand integrity and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Commercial Leadership
    • Lead and develop the sales function across all channels.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers, distributors and agents.
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth.
    • Negotiate trading agreements, discounts, payment terms and commercial partnerships.
  • Forecasting & Business Planning
    • Deliver seasonal sales forecasts, margin plans and quarterly business reviews.
    • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial results.
    • Manage pricing architecture and recommend RRPs across multiple markets.
    • Produce margin models and commercial reporting to support decision making.
  • Product & Range Planning
    • Partner with Design and Merchandising teams on seasonal range planning.
    • Contribute commercial insights during collection development.
    • Ensure product assortments align with customer demand and market opportunities.
    • Support eCommerce buying and seasonal trading initiatives.
  • Marketing & Brand Growth
    • Collaborate with Marketing teams on campaign planning and launch activities.
    • Support seasonal sales launches and customer presentations.
    • Drive commercial input into brand collaborations and partnership projects.
    • Ensure marketing activity supports sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Stakeholder & Brand Management
    • Work closely with licensors, brand owners and external partners.
    • Represent the brand at customer meetings, trade events and presentations.
    • Support strategic initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and market relevance.

About You

We would like to hear from individuals who bring a strong combination of sales leadership, commercial planning and fashion industry experience. You will likely have:

  • 5+ years' experience in fashion, lifestyle or branded consumer goods.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, National Account Manager, Head of Sales or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and European wholesale markets.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and commercial performance.
  • Excellent forecasting, planning and analytical skills.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and account management experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing and Merchandising teams.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Passion for brands, product and consumer trends.
