A globally recognised sportswear brand is entering an exciting new phase of growth across the UK and Europe — and we’re building the team that will help shape the future vision of the business.

We are looking for an experienced Product Line Manager with a strong background in Apparel, Footwear, SMU development, Merchandising, and Product Creation to lead strategic product initiatives across key European retail partners. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly evolving structure within an international sportswear business where you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial product strategy, building elevated assortments, and delivering impactful consumer-led collections across both Apparel and Footwear.

Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Global Design teams, you will own the end-to-end SMU process — from briefing and development through to commercialisation, go-to-market execution, and performance analysis. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of Product Creation, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy. You will own the full SMU lifecycle — from concept and briefing through to development, commercialisation, sell-in, and performance analysis — helping drive revenue, elevate consumer demand, and strengthen strategic partnerships across Europe.

WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT:

  • Join a globally recognised sportswear business during an exciting expansion phase
  • Play a key role in building and shaping the future European product strategy
  • Work across both Apparel & Footwear categories
  • High visibility role with cross-functional leadership exposure
  • Opportunity to influence key wholesale and retail partnerships across Europe
  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial and commercially driven environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead seasonal SMU strategy across Apparel & Footwear
  • Develop commercially strong product assortments tailored to major retail accounts
  • Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Global Design teams
  • Drive product briefs, pricing architecture, margin targets and go-to-market execution
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to identify opportunities
  • Manage timelines and product critical paths to ensure successful launches
  • Support product storytelling, account presentations and sell-in strategies

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 7–10+ years’ experience within sportswear, fashion, footwear or apparel product management
  • Strong understanding of SMU, wholesale and retail product strategies
  • Experience across Apparel and/or Footwear product creation
  • Commercial mindset with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for sportswear, consumer trends and product innovation
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving international business
