Why Join Proudfoot? Proudfoot is a global management consulting firm with a singular focus: Delivering operational performance improvement that endures. We solve complex operational challenges across industries — Whether it's reducing aircraft turnaround times for a major airline, compressing project cycle times by 50%+ in capital-intensive construction, or eliminating bottlenecks across a 12-plant manufacturing network, you'll tackle problems that have resisted conventional approaches. We transform how organisations are managed, not just how they operate — Our engagements go deeper than process redesign. You'll coach frontline supervisors and senior leaders alike, embedding new management behaviours and operating rhythms that sustain performance long after we leave. Our proven methodology, The Proudfoot System (TPS), provides the structure and discipline to convert complex operational challenges into quantifiable gains.
As an Independent Contractor Consultant / Senior Consultant at Proudfoot, you will play a key role in delivering high impact transformation projects for leading organisations across Europe. You will lead one or more workstreams end-to-end, guide junior consultants, and work closely with client teams to drive measurable performance improvement and sustainable change.
What You’ll Do
- Project Delivery: Take full accountability for delivering results across one or more project workstreams. Manage implementation activities, audit outcomes, and initiate corrective actions where required.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with client teams to identify performance gaps and design practical, results driven solutions. Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, including participation in steering groups.
- Capability Building: Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and presentations to embed new ways of working and ensure long-term impact.
- Business Development: Develop results-based client relationships and proactively identify opportunities for additional work and cross selling.
No two days are the same. You will work in a variety of environments — from the shop floor to the boardroom — with travel and change forming part of the project-based consulting lifestyle. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage senior client relationships while driving execution on the ground.
