We are looking for a highly motivated Support Workers to support and care for vulnerable individuals with complex Mental Health needs. As a Support Worker you will provide our residents with support and guidance and involve each resident with all decisions and choices that may affect them. You will assist in creating a safe environment in which the residents can live as independently as possible, whilst ensuring dignity, respect and confidentiality is maintained at all times. You will be effective in working together with the residents whilst also working collectively as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring and compassionate who will also display positivity and a \’can do\’ attitude.
