Stride East Hedon is seeking a motivated Social Inclusion Co-ordinator / Support Worker to assist adults with complex mental health needs. You will support residents with daily living, appointments and activities, helping them live as independently as possible while maintaining dignity and person-centred care.
This role is primarily night shifts, with flexibility to cover day shifts as needed to support the service and wider team, including annual leave coverage.
