We are dedicated to prioritising the most vulnerable and keeping people safe, well and connected to their communities. We have an established AMHP service that works on a Hub/Spoke model. There is a current vacancy in our AMHP Spoke model within the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities service area. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)/ Senior Social Worker.
We offer an attractive on call rate in addition to your salary. At North Lincolnshire, we recognise the expertise, skills and knowledge of the role and, as such, AMHPs are central to the service and their teams. The AMHP Hub/ spoke model covers 7 days and includes on call AMHP shifts.
It is essential that you hold both the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification and a social work qualification (registered with Social Work England). Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and be able to work autonomously and as a part of supportive and dynamic teams. They will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills along with effective communication, organisational and IT skills.
