Based at The Byre, Yealmpton, with hybrid working options (minimum 3 days in‑office), you’ll work with individuals aged 17 and above, supporting their journey from transition to older adulthood.
- Deputise for the Team Manager
- Chair safeguarding meetings
- Supervise and mentor colleagues
- Hold a small but complex caseload
- Offer expert advice and guidance to the team, demonstrating strong legal literacy and a thorough understanding of statutory duties and social work legislation.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified and registered Social Worker with experience in adult social care
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Confidence in managing complex cases and safeguarding processes
- A commitment to upholding our organisation’s values and behaviours
- Requirement for a current DBS disclosure
