Devon County Council is seeking an accomplished senior leader to become Assistant Director – North & East Devon. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across North and East Devon, shaping high-quality integrated adult social care services to improve outcomes for local people.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will oversee a ~500-strong workforce, drive transformation, performance and partnership working with NHS colleagues, and play a lead role in service redesign and system.
