Devon County Council is seeking an enthusiastic Community Occupational Therapist to join the Community Health and Social Care Team in Tiverton on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will carry out strengths-based assessments and support adults to remain independent at home and in the community.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, assess for equipment and adaptations, and help people achieve outcomes that matter to them.
