About the Role

As Team Manager, you will work alongside peers and senior leaders to support the delivery of assessment, review and care management services within a busy front door environment. You will:

  • Work as an integral member of a supportive leadership group, contributing to a high-performing and cohesive management team.
  • Support staff to respond to citizen enquiries, promoting strengths-based conversations, timely responses and positive outcomes.
  • Enable your team to work confidently within relevant legal frameworks, providing guidance on complex decision-making and practice.
  • Help manage a fast-paced and changing workload, ensuring demand is effectively balanced and prioritised.
  • Work closely with strategic partners across health, social care, and the community to deliver coordinated and effective outcomes for people.
  • Use insight and performance information to support continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
  • Support the team in managing complex situations and risk, ensuring safe, proportionate and legally compliant practice.
