The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

This is initially offered as a 6 month contract, with the option of a secondment where applicable. This is likely to be a permanent post in the longer term pending some organisational change considerations.

The Community Service Manager post has responsibility for 2 Team managers and 2 Advanced practitioners, overseeing statutory duties as defined by The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding. These are high functioning fast paced teams. The CSM will lead and support operational oversight, whilst also being actively involved with broader Devon County Council strategic development and improvement programmes to strive towards even better service delivery.

A core aspect of this role will be to maintain and further develop relationships with NHS/ Livewell colleagues via strong working practices with Livewell CSM colleagues and broader NHS system partners.
