Rachel Dawson Support Space seeks empathetic, committed, and proactive Support Workers to join our growing team. As a Support Worker, you will provide vital one-to-one support to adults with mental health challenges, empowering them to regain their independence and lead fulfilling lives within their communities.

This hands-on, people-focused role requires patience, compassion, and initiative. You will play a key role in supporting clients with daily living activities and accessing essential services while fostering a safe and supportive environment that champions autonomy and dignity.
