Yourway Support Services – Part of the Big Picture Care Group are based in Plymouth and have been passionately supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, early-stage dementia, and mental health for over 18 years. We support incredible people with a great team.

Job description:

  • Community support work based in Plymouth and surrounding areas
  • Providing enabling support at home and/or in the community for a variety of clients with a learning disability, mental health need or acquired brain injury, some complex care and high-end behaviour needs.

As a Support Worker for the individuals that we support, you will be responsible and involved in their everyday life, making sure that they are fully involved when it comes to receiving their support, this could be supporting with personal care or medication and going to daily activities.
