Both gentlemen are non-verbal and you will work across both services within the same property. Both rely on their staff team to support daily tasks/needs, including personal care, giving medication, arranging appointments, cooking and cleaning. One gentleman is very mobile and enjoys local walks; the other has limited mobility and uses a staff-pushed wheelchair and mobility vehicle. A driver would be an advantage but is not necessary as local bus routes are at the end of the road.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support across two services within the same property.
- Deliver personal care and medication administration as required.
- Arrange appointments and coordinate with other care team members.
- Assist with cooking and domestic tasks; maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Support participation in the local community and activities.
- Adapt support to individual mobility needs (one gentleman is mobile; the other requires a staff-pushed wheelchair and mobility vehicle).

Requirements / Conditions
