Based at The Byre, Yealmpton, with hybrid working options (minimum 3 days in-office), you’ll work with individuals aged 17 and above, supporting their journey from transition to older adulthood. As an Advanced Social Worker, you’ll:
- Deputise for the Team Manager
- Chair safeguarding meetings
- Supervise and mentor colleagues
- Hold a small but complex caseload
- Offer expert advice and guidance to the team, demonstrating strong legal literacy and a thorough understanding of statutory duties and social work legislation.

Essential details:

We offer 26 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, rising incrementally to 31 days after 5 years’ service. Flexible working opportunities are available, these include part-time hours, flexitime, compressed working hours and homeworking (this is subject to the needs of the role – please discuss further at interview).
