Are you an experienced and motivated practitioner ready to join a collaborative and supportive leadership team, where your contribution will help shape a high‑performing, dynamic service? We are looking for a Team Manager to join our North Devon leadership team. You will lead two teams based in Ilfracombe and South Molton.

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has experience of supporting staff to work within complex legislative frameworks and practice guidance

  • Communicates effectively and confidently, including in challenging or sensitive situations
  • Has a recognised professional qualification in Social Work or Occupational Therapy
  • Has experience within adult social care or a related field, including supporting or supervising others
  • Has a strong commitment to person‑centred, strengths‑based approaches
  • Has a focus on continuous learning, innovation and service improvement
