The Role: Be a Lifeline in Your Community
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll provide essential care during evenings and weekends, helping people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities include:
- Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, and toileting with dignity
- Mealtime Support: Preparing meals, assisting with feeding, and ensuring hydration
- Medication & Mobility: Supporting prescribed medication and safe movement
- Companionship: Offering emotional support and light household help
- Logging: Recording care notes easily via our Beehive Care app
What We’re Looking For
- Availability: Evenings (4pm–10pm) and alternate weekends
- Driving: Full UK driving licence and reliable car (essential)
- Rural Comfort: Confidence driving on country lanes and reaching remote clients
- Qualities: Caring, dependable, and resilient nature
- Tech-Ready: Comfortable using a smartphone for rotas and care notes
- Eligibility: Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
