The Role: Be a Lifeline in Your Community

As a Community Care Worker, you’ll provide essential care during evenings and weekends, helping people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, and toileting with dignity
  • Mealtime Support: Preparing meals, assisting with feeding, and ensuring hydration
  • Medication & Mobility: Supporting prescribed medication and safe movement
  • Companionship: Offering emotional support and light household help
  • Logging: Recording care notes easily via our Beehive Care app

What We’re Looking For

  • Availability: Evenings (4pm–10pm) and alternate weekends
  • Driving: Full UK driving licence and reliable car (essential)
  • Rural Comfort: Confidence driving on country lanes and reaching remote clients
  • Qualities: Caring, dependable, and resilient nature
  • Tech-Ready: Comfortable using a smartphone for rotas and care notes
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
