A role built around consistency and local working. Early shifts focused on morning routines, helping people start their day safely and comfortably. Regular rounds mean you’re not constantly travelling between unfamiliar areas — most days stay within the same local community, covering the Mid & East Devon area.

Travel expenses: 23p per mile

Does the job role include personal care? Yes

Working Patterns:

  • Finish by 2:30pm — your afternoons stay yours
  • Fixed 37.5 hours per week (no zero-hours contracts)
  • Local routes with minimal travel between visits
  • Regular customers — building real, familiar relationships
  • Structured bi-weekly rota with alternate weekends (1 on, 1 off)
