We are looking for kind, friendly, and compassionate individuals who are eager to use their previous care experience and/or transferable skills to make a positive difference in the lives of our young people. You will bring valuable skills from previous roles where you have supported others, whether in care, education, or personally. With a strong “can-do” attitude, you will be committed to helping young people achieve their potential through learning and personal growth.

We support a large number of young people aged between 17 and 35, with complex sensory, physical and emotional needs, making our setting truly unique and rewarding. You’ll form part of the waking night support team to provide exceptional care, health and therapy to our young people throughout the night when required.

Working Patterns:

  • Averaging 33.5 hours a week, worked over a 2 week rolling period.
  • Hours are 22:00-08:15, working 2/3 days midweek, plus alternate weekends.
