Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify eligibility needs under the Care Act and apply a strengths‑based approach.
  • Advocate for and challenge other practitioners when differing health and social care options exist.
  • Work autonomously across fast‑paced settings to meet service demand.
  • Multi‑task and prioritise effectively to meet tight time scales.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken English with confidence and fluency.
  • Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship is considered at this time.
  • Required DBS disclosure.
  • Ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
