The predicted salary is between 1050 - 1200 £ per month.

We are recruiting HCAs and Support Workers to work in a variety of settings, including:

  • Care homes
  • Residential services
  • Supported living
  • Learning disability and complex needs services
  • Mental health services

Whether your experience is in personal care, learning disabilities, autism, mental health or complex behaviours, we have flexible and rewarding shifts to suit you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care in care homes and residential settings.
  • Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility & meal support.
  • Help with medication prompts/administration (as trained).
  • Promote dignity, respect, independence and wellbeing.
  • Record and report changes in health and behaviour.
  • Work alongside healthcare professionals and families.

As a Support Worker

  • Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex care.
  • Encourage independence, life skills and engagement in meaningful activities.
  • Provide emotional support and enable community participation.
  • Use positive behaviour support and de-escalation techniques where required.
  • Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
  • Complete accurate notes and communicate effectively with the team.

Essential details

  • Minimum 6 Month's UK experience working in a professional care home.
  • Face to face Moving and Handling of People Certificate.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and dignity in care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a strong work ethic.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding care and support.
