Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting day to day domiciliary care operations
- Supporting compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Leading and developing office and care staff teams
- Supporting service growth and business development activity
- Maintaining excellent relationships with service users, families and healthcare professionals
- Assisting staff development
- Supporting Rota coordination and operational performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience within domiciliary care management
- Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and organisational ability

- Drivers licence essential and own car
- Domiciliary Care Manager: minimum 2 years experience preferred
