We’re looking for a Female Complex Support Worker to join our dynamic team, supporting vibrant individuals with complex needs to live an empowered, independent, and fulfilling life. Every day will be different – and no two shifts are ever the same!

Whether it’s supporting with personal care, managing health conditions, assisting with mobility, or simply sharing a laugh during a favourite TV show – your role is essential in enabling someone to live the life they choose.

Responsibilities:

  • Complex physical or learning disabilities
  • Behaviour that may challenge
  • Medication and health monitoring
  • Emotional wellbeing and daily structure
  • Community access and meaningful activities
  • Ability to dynamically risk assess throughout shifts

(This is a female-only role due to personal care needs and occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.)

Car Driver is desirable, with willingness to use own car if needed.
