Devon County Council’s Countywide Autism and ADHD Team is seeking an experienced Social Worker to support autistic adults and adults with ADHD, enabling greater independence and positive outcomes. You will assess, plan and review care using the Care Act framework and work with health, housing and voluntary partners to secure the right support at the right time.
The role requires SWE registration and substantial post-qualifying experience in adult social care.
