Summary
‘Domiciliary Care Worker’ position based in Teignbridge involves delivering high-quality in-home care to clients, supporting their independence and well‑being.
We have all shifts available from part time to Full time, Morning, Evenings and Weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized home care services to clients, assisting with daily activities and health needs.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
- Follow individualized care plans and document observations accurately.
- Assist with medication administration and health monitoring.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
Desirable but not necessary Diploma in health and social or Care certificate. We will provide all training needed.
