We are looking for reliable, dedicated and compassionate staff to join their team. Would you enjoy visiting service users in their own homes to ensure they get the helping hand and care they need?
As a REH Care Assistant, you will provide vital support to our clients in their own homes, helping them with daily living tasks to promote their happiness and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, such as washing, dressing, and showering, as well as supporting with meals, drinks, and medication. You will also help with errands like shopping, attending appointments, and following tailored care plans.
This role requires adherence to CQC, safeguarding, and infection control guidelines, along with a commitment to staying updated on industry developments and workplace changes.
We welcome applications from experienced carers as well as those with no experience, as full training and support is given.

Ideal Candidate:
- Will have previous experience within care capacity, whether this be community, care home, hospital or similar or perhaps caring for a family member, though not essential as full training given
- You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to car, though pool cars available
- Be able to work every other weekend or one regular day every weekend
- Have a calm, polite and caring nature
- Genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults and wanting to make a difference.
