This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to join a strong and supportive agency team, delivering world-class brand experiences. You will be in a senior creative design role, collaborating with cross-functional agency teams, freelance talent, and clients to translate briefs into real-world creative experiences that exceed every expectation.

From global launches for F1 teams to Gen Z-focused consumer activations to world-class business summits to experiences crafted for luxury alcohol brands – the work will be diverse but always grounded in the PRP approach to building brands in-culture.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about brands, culture, design, materials, and digital innovation and have proven experience designing impactful brand experiences.

You’ll be adept at creating original experience and spatial design concepts that translate seamlessly into incredible earned-first content. You will be a natural problem solver with a can-do attitude and an experienced communicator, able to bring energy, passion, and optimism to your role and the broader agency team.
