The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

As an Exec Producer, you will oversee and own the end-to-end production, client and team management for our most important experiential projects, leading the delivery of client & agency creative vision, in the real world. You will confidently scope, plot, budget and manage the end-to-end production process.

You will manage day-to-day contact with clients, key partners and external agency contacts as needed – displaying good judgement and emotional intelligence in all dealings, building relationships and looking for opportunities to add value at all times. You will follow best practices and ensure robust processes are in place - empowering the team to work smarter, not harder. You will confidently deliver a high standard of executional excellence across every project.

You will be accountable for ensuring that the Head of Department and Partners are kept regularly updated on the progress of all projects, including regular financial updates. You will confidently troubleshoot challenges, using a solutions focussed approach to lead the team in addressing them.

You will build strong relationships with our cross-functional departments and will motivate and mentor junior team members, using your own experience to positively develop and nurture talent within the agency. You will lead the charge in pushing forward the creative production output of the agency, identifying production solutions, creative technologies and best-in-class partners & suppliers who can deliver bespoke, premium and niche products and services.
