Protyre Autocare is looking for a Product & Sales Training Manager to build outstanding product knowledge and selling skills across all retail roles so that every customer interaction drives sales conversion, average invoice value, and revenue growth. As a strategic product and sales training specialist, you will design and deliver a best-in-class curriculum focused on product expertise, consultative selling, and commercial techniques, develop supporting resources, and drive measurable improvements in sales performance, commercial outcomes, and behaviour change across the retail network.
Success in this role will come from observable behaviour changes in-centre and achievement of sales and commercial KPIs.
Must have: Full Clean UK Driving Licence, held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply – points or offences may affect your application)

About our role:
- Design and deliver a best-in-class product and sales training curriculum covering consultative selling, objection handling, upselling/cross-selling, and the commercial elements of the customer journey
- Develop role-specific modules for Service Advisors, Sales Executives, Reception/Host, and Contact Centre teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive product knowledge frameworks and regular “what’s new” updates for vehicles, accessories, finance, and aftersales products
- Embed advanced selling skills, consultative techniques, and commercial awareness training
- Develop digital and blended learning solutions (e-learning, micro-learning, role-play videos, product walkthroughs)
- Measure training effectiveness and impact on sales performance
