To head up our developing Estate Administration department and to work alongside experienced colleagues. We are looking for an experienced practitioner (whether a solicitor, former solicitor or specialist equivalent) with experience of handling estates from commencement to completion.

Salary range: £40,000 to c.£70,000 depending on level of experience on a full‑time basis or pro rata if part‑time. Due to the developing nature of the department, the role itself does not have to be a full‑time position and might suit someone who wishes to have a balanced lifestyle and work flexibility wishing to work 3 or 4 days a week.
Location: Due to location of the team in this department, the candidate would ideally be located in the Buckinghamshire/Home Counties but could also be London‑based.
Skill‑sets: Apart from the usual requirements for a role of responsibility, the candidate must have proven reliability in conducting estate administration processes from commencement to completion so that they understand each process such as to be able to manage and guide others; to be confident in selling and communicating with clients and families (at a sensitive time for them); to have the drive to continue the initial success of the department to date and to grow its reputation with energy and enthusiasm and team integration.
