Protozoon provides Managed IT and Cyber security services to SMEs. Our offices are in London and Arundel, West Sussex.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Arundel for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician, level 1 and some level 2. The role involves providing technical support to end-users by addressing hardware and software issues, troubleshooting and resolving computer and printer problems, and offering guidance on IT tools and services. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive support environment while adhering to Protozoon's high standards of service and professionalism.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Technical qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk LEVEL 1 operations and customer facing environment
  • Some level 2 experience, IT networks and servers (desirable)
  • An interest in cyber security
  • Driving licence and access to a car
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

We will provide training in cyber security as part of the development.
