Encyclis is constructing a new Energy Recovery Facility in the Midlands and actively seeks a capable Shift Plant Operator to join the operations team in Walsall. The role focuses on safe, efficient plant operation using a Distributed Control System, with emphasis on strict adherence to Environmental Permits and site safety rules.
You will report to the Shift Team Leader and collaborate with maintenance crews to coordinate start-ups, shutdowns and routine operational tasks, ensuring continuous operation.
