We are looking for a junior Account Manager to support the growth of Proton’s B2B business by driving expansion within our existing customer base. This role is focused on commercial account management — identifying upsell opportunities, increasing product adoption, and building strong customer relationships.

  • Account Growth & Upsell
    • Identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts
    • Support seat expansion and cross-sell of Proton products
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts
    • Run regular check-ins and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Account Management Execution
    • Maintain accurate account records in CRM (HubSpot)
    • Track account activity, engagement, and growth opportunities
    • Collaborate with senior team members on account strategy
    • Work with Sales to identify expansion opportunities

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with interest in revenue growth
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Fluency in English required; preference for French or German language skills
  • Eager to learn and grow in a commercial role
