Join Proton and build a better internet where privacy is the default. At Proton, we believe that privacy is a fundamental human right and the cornerstone of democracy. Since our inception in 2014, we have dedicated ourselves to providing free and open-source technology to millions worldwide, ensuring access to privacy, security, and freedom online. Our journey began with Proton Mail, the largest secure email service globally, and has since expanded to include Proton VPN, Proton Calendar, Proton Drive, and Proton Pass. These tools empower individuals and organizations to take control of their personal data, break away from Big Tech’s invasive practices, and defeat censorship.

We’re looking for a Channel Sales & Partnerships Lead to help expand Proton’s reach through MSPs, IT resellers, associations, and ecosystem partners. This is a hands-on, builder role. You’ll develop and execute Proton’s channel strategy from the ground up — identifying the right partners, enabling them with sales and marketing materials, and structuring programs that drive revenue and long-term collaboration. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that help SMBs adopt Proton’s secure productivity suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & launch Proton’s partner program — define tiers, incentives, enablement paths, and co-marketing plans.
  • Identify and onboard partners such as MSPs, IT resellers, and SaaS solution integrators in key geographies (UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux).
  • Develop joint GTM motions with partners: webinars, bundled offers, or compliance-driven outreach (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, LGPD).
  • Structure B2B2C agreements with relevant associations, NGOs, or tech ecosystems to drive scale through trusted intermediaries.
  • Manage pipeline & performance tracking for sourced and influenced opportunities, in collaboration with RevOps and Sales leadership.
  • Create enablement kits (scripts, co-branded materials, pricing frameworks) to help partners position Proton effectively.
  • Act as voice of the partner internally — bringing insights on market needs, competitive programs, and feature gaps to Product and Marketing.

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in channel partnerships, B2B2C sales, or MSP relationship management — ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or privacy technology.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partner ecosystems (from recruitment to enablement and performance tracking).
  • Strong understanding of MSP business models and reseller economics.
  • Entrepreneurial, structured, and resourceful — comfortable operating in a “zero-to-one” environment.
  • Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and negotiator.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus (German, French).

What we offer

  • Office First: Collaboration is easier and more effective in person, which is why we have offices in Geneva, Zurich, Prague, Barcelona, Paris, London, Vilnius, Skopje, and Taipei. You can also enjoy working from home up to 30% of the time.
  • Technology: We provide all the devices and software you need to excel in your role.
  • Food: Lunch and snacks are provided by Proton every day at our offices.
  • Transport: We will always support our employees with transport costs through subsidising public transport, bike allowances, or parking spaces based on your office location.
  • Stock Options: At Proton, we are all owners of the company and you get stock options when you join us.
  • Flexible Working: You can define your own working hours as long as it works with team meetings.
  • Learning and Development: We are committed to your professional growth.
  • Employee Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance plans, competitive retirement savings options, generous vacation and leave policies, and wellness programs.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

At Proton, we believe diversity drives innovation and strengthens our mission to provide privacy as a default for all. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals feel valued and empowered.
