Protocol is working closely with further education colleges in Shropshire and surrounding areas to find experienced Learning Support Assistants to support students aged 16‑18 across a range of educational provisions. You will be working within the college's support departments and providing cross‑curriculum support to learners during their time in education. This role will involve working in class, in small groups and on a one‑to‑one basis, ensuring learners achieve their potential.

Legal & Practical Considerations
If you are successful, Protocol is required to see evidence of your Right to Work in the UK; you will also need to apply for an enhanced DBS Certificate if you do not already hold a suitable certificate registered on the DBS Update Service. The position is subject to agreement to Terms and Conditions and a suitable application and reference process.
