Are you passionate about supporting learners to achieve their full potential? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of educational settings throughout the Wirral.We have a variety of opportunities available, including full-time and part-time hours, supporting students with additional learning needs in further education and training environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class support to students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist learners with additional learning needs, disabilities, or EHCPs
- Encourage student engagement, independence, and achievement
- Support learners both academically and pastorally
- Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting young people or adults in an educational, care, support, or mentoring role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
- Experience supporting SEND learners is desirable but not essential
