The Protocol Group is seeking experienced and motivated Lecturers in Bricklaying, plumbing, electrical installations, carpentry and Multiskills to join the team on a temporary, ongoing basis. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high‑quality teaching to FE learners.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons, coursework and practical sessions.
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications and progression goals.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and learner progress.
- Contribute to course development and ensure delivery meets awarding body standards.
- Promote safe working practices and maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Teaching experience.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, AET/DET).
- IQA qualification (preferred).
- Strong industry background within construction trades.
- Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
