We are seeking seeking SEND Teachers to join our growing team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within a supportive and inclusive college environment.
About the Role
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learner needs.
- Support students with a range of SEND requirements, including learning difficulties, autism, and complex needs.
- Develop and implement personalised learning strategies.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, families, and external agencies.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment where all students can achieve their potential.
We Are Looking For
Candidates who have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with SEND learners in a school, college, or specialist setting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and student-centred learning.
- The ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
