We Are Recruiting

  • SEN Tutors (Functional Skills, Vocational, Outreach)
  • SEN Teachers (Post-16)
  • SEN Support Staff (Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors, Behaviour Support)

Settings You May Work In

  • Specialist colleges (Post-16 & 16-25)
  • Alternative provisions (APs)
  • PRUs and outreach environments
  • Community or home-based education programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored teaching and support aligned to EHCPs
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated learning sessions
  • Support learners with a range of needs, including:
    • Autism (ASC)
    • ADHD
    • SEMH
    • Moderate to complex learning difficulties
  • Promote independence, engagement, and positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting or teaching learners with SEN
  • Relevant qualifications (QTS / PGCE / Level 2-3 TA / tutoring experience beneficial)
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A flexible, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS (on update service or willingness to obtain)
