The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- A relevant teaching, support, care or education qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Health & Social Care or equivalent)
- Knowledge of EHCPs and inclusive learning practices
- Experience working within Further Education, Secondary Education, Special Schools or Adult Learning environments
- A passion for supporting students to achieve their full potential
